Personal Training

Our one-on-one training sessions are designed to inspire clients to focus on themselves and their specific fitness goals. We have custom built a neutral space flooded with natural light to enhance focus and minimize distractions.

Following the initial consultation, aimed to delve into training motivations and assess baseline fitness, we will design a bespoke, challenging and progressive training program which will educate clients on the elements of fitness that are relevant to them. During the assessment process we pay particular attention to pre-existing injuries and historic movement patterns. OPUS trainers have exceptional knowledge of the human body and a particular interest in corrective exercise. They aim to get to the root cause of any complaint and work with clients to build stronger, more flexible and resilient bodies, capable of coping with the demands of modern lifestyles. If we identify a condition which cannot be rectified through personal training alone, we work with some of London's leading medical practitioners who are best placed to advise on the approach to take.

One-on-one training at OPUS provides the necessary expertise and support to enable clients to achieve their fitness goals.

Train Together

Duo Training

Positioned between one-on-one personal training and group training, Duo sessions offer clients many of the benefits of personal training, at a lower price point. Following the consultation, our trainers will design a bespoke program taking in to account mutual goals and ambitions. Duo training at OPUS will ignite friendly competition, allow clients to forge a trusting relationship with the trainer, and inspire long term, sustainable results.

Duo training sessions are for 2 clients, and training partners must be found prior to booking.

VIEW PRICING
Group Training

At OPUS, we believe that group training should be enjoyable and considered as a social or networking opportunity. Training with friends or colleagues has many benefits, including healthy competition, increased commitment and motivation and above all else, it's fun! Our trainers will develop a structured training plan, aimed at challenging and inspiring all members of the group to improve their fitness and wellbeing.

Group training sessions are for a maximum of 3 clients, and groups must be formed prior to booking.

Nutrition

At OPUS, we take a holistic approach to health and fitness and understand that in order to reap the rewards of a well executed training regime, fuelling our bodies with the correct nutrition is crucial to gaining the desired results. For many people, understanding their personal optimal nutrition strategy is a challenge. However, under the guidance of our nutritionist and training team we aim to push clients towards their end goal as quickly and sustainably as possible.
