This is our take on a traditional circuit training class. The 55-minute CIRCUIT class uses a variety of equipment such as the squat rack and Olympic bars, cable machine, the ski erg and kettlebells.
Our class caters for a maximum of 6 clients, and is delivered to an intermediate-advanced level. With this in mind, to get the most out of this class, and for your safety, a basic understanding of strength training is essential. All clients are advised to join our COMPOUND class before joining CIRCUIT.
The concept has been designed to increase your high intensity fitness levels, challenge your strength, and develop your technique on some of the more complex exercises. Following the prehabillitation-based warm up, expect to be guided through a fast-paced class by our team, and to take your training to the next level.
