This 6-week training programme is everything you need to physically prepare for the slopes this winter. The 55-minute SKI-FIT sessions will take place in our personal training studio and will expose you to a variety of strength and conditioning equipment such as Squat Racks, Olympic Bars, Cable Machines, the Ski Erg and TRX
This is a group programme, with max 6 clients in the studio.
Each class will include a warm up to mobilise joints and prepare the body. A cardio section will improve cardiovascular conditioning, while other exercises are designed to improve ski-specific strength.

This programme is ideal for those with experience in strength training, however our trainers will guide you through all of the techniques associated with the session plans.
Mikel will guide you through a circuit-style session. To get the most out of this programme it is highly advisable to attend all 6 sessions, however if you are unable to make all of the dates, then please discuss this with your Trainer and he may set additional homework.
This is the very first ski-specific programme we've hosted. We hope to offer a follow on programme, starting in December, for those who are going skiing after the Christmas holidays, or for those who simply want to contiunue to build upon their progress. Watch this space!
