The ISOLATE concept is a total body workout which incorporates high repititions with lighter resistance to develop muscle density and tone.
Each exercise sequence will flow seemlessly into the next, incorporating exercises to target the legs, glutes, arms and core. Although this class is low impact in nature, the exercises guarantee to find your weak areas and develop deep strength.
Any combination of exercises using resistance bands, light dumbbells, Pilates balls, ankle weights and TRX will be utilised to maximise the intensity and effectiveness of this class.
