From a physical perspective, our RESTORE concept is a low-intensity class which focuses on increasing your mobility and flexibility. You will be taken through a flowing sequence of exercises which aim to relieve muscle tension and restore optimal function.
Mentally, this class will be calming in nature and revolves around exercises which are understood to develop mental clarity, relaxation and balance. The studio will be lightly fragranced with essential oils, the lighting levels will be low, and the playlist will reflect the focus of the class.
Using the Pilates reformer, Foam Rollers and Resistance Bands, you will be guided through a series of exercises which seek to unwind your mind, and reduce tension in your body.
