Our TEEN training sessions, new to OPUS, have been designed for those aged between 15-18. The 50-minute sessions will take place in our class studio and will be capped to 8 per class.
Sessions will vary from week to week, but the following key elements will play a consistent part in the session plans;
- Mat Pilates-based exercises to develop core strength and posture
- Cardiovascular conditioning for healthy hearts
- Resistance training to develop muscular strength
- Enjoyable sessions to drive focus and positive vibes
Under the watchful eye of an OPUS trainer, the TEEN sessions will use lighter resistance than the adult equivalents, with a real emphasis on developing technique, and an understanding of how to exercise safely and effectively.
