PURITION POST-WORKOUT SMOOTHIE RECIPE

3 cubes of ice

1/2 a frozen bananna

3-4 scoops of purition (chocolate is best!)

200ml of whole milk

Handful blueberries 

 

1. Add all the ingredients to a blender

2. Blend for 30-90 seconds

3. Pour in to a glass and enjoy! 

 

Top Tip: 

For extra goodness, add a handful of spinach.
